This time we invited guests to a promotion party in the Turbinenhalle in Düsseldorf! A party with 2 show acts and a DJ program was organised for 400 guests. A food & beverage concept to suit the evening was developed together with our agency and was perfectly implemented on the evening of the event.
Due to complex requirements involving media and technology, the set-up of the event was a real challenge for the team from fine food catering-Fröhlich from both a logistical and scheduling point of view; but it was a challenge which was expertly mastered. The first hospitality service was provided for the 30 artists and 50 crew members during set-up. The individually compiled “Flying Dinner” was very appetising and met our requirements perfectly! At the same time, the large service and bar team was extensively briefed, allocated to different areas and prepared for the event. The service team was ready to welcome the guests with drinks upon their arrival.
The “Flying Dinner” which was served was a visual delight and a real treat for the palate! Little plates with delicacies in miniature portions were distributed among the guests on trays. The service runs were prepared so perfectly that all guests were optimally taken care of and were well provided. Thanks to the organised return of all crockery and glasses etc during the event, the clear up in the early hours of the morning was a routine process without additional effort and stress.
