We are very pleased with the company's services. The catering service was very professional. The full extent of services which we booked was carried out exactly according to our wishes. The buffet and the food were perfectly tuned to suit our event. The finger food on offer was of particularly high quality and was extremely popular with our guests.
The “fine food catering – Fröhlich GmbH” catering service filled all of our expectations. The caterer arrived on time and independently set up the various locations we had arranged without any difficulty. The service personnel were unobtrusively friendly and displayed a high level of professionalism. Staff members were smart, highly competent and professional. The guests were always taken care of, hospitality worked consistently and there were no delays at all.
We were served and advised in a very competent and friendly manner from the very beginning when discussing the dates and arrangements. We received especially valuable suggestions regarding the food which made a contribution to the success of our event. The caterer developed a special concept to suit our event which seemed very appropriate; even in the initial drafting phases. The decorations were designed to suit the theme and provided a harmonious ambience. The buffet was always replenished and looked attractive and appetising through until the end of the event. Plenty of crockery, cutlery and glasses were provided. Used crockery disappeared like magic.
The complete process was carried out commendably. The agreed prices and services were completely fulfilled, and the catering service surpassed the high expectations we had. We can fully recommend “fine food catering – Fröhlich GmbH” and will be pleased to engage the company for future events.
